Press mold for the mass production of ceramic exterior material
Characterized by a short lead time, high precision and high durability, we have many successful applications in press molds for the mass production of ceramic exterior material. |
This system has a record of successfully performing more than 400,000 times of molding operations in many applications under a surface pressure of 80 kg/cm2 to 100 kg/cm2. In addition, because the surface only is made from resin, partial modification, buildup, and thinning can be added easily. |
Press molds for the mass production of metal exterior material
Useful for various materials, these press molds have been applied in many mass-production applications. This photograph shows a press mold for interior cosmetic panels. |
Press molds for the mass production of metal roof tiles
This press mold is for mass-producing metal roof tiles. It can be used to mold a wide range of materials, ranging from aluminum to Galvalume steel sheets. It is possible to partially insert metal material. |
Ultra-high-precision 3D maps
Using expertise in 3D micromachining, we produce ultra-high-precision 3D maps. Former Japanese astronaut Mamoru Mohri on this NASA space shuttle digitized the information of all continents on the earth. Using the NASA data, we precisely reproduce any area on the earth.
These products are entirely custom made, and we can carve the name of your company or school or your logomark and can indicate the locations of your head office, branch offices and factories with LED. We will proceed with production, considering your requests.
This 3D map can be made from a vast variety of materials, including aluminum, duralumin, SUS, silicate calcium board (incombustible board), and natural wood.
3D map of Japan 9 m × 4 m This is the largest 3D map we have produced. |
3D map of Japan, 1 m × 1.5 m, duralumin This map is exhibited in the main building of the National Museum and Science, located in Ueno Park, Tokyo (this map is exhibited on the third floor of the Japan Gallery). |
3D map of Hokkaido, 1 m × 1 m, aluminum (alumite treated) Produced at the order of the Muroran Institute of Technology |
3D world map, 1 m × 1.25 m (alumite treated) We produced a world map based on NASA data. |
RoboCup organized by an exchange group of different industries
We participate in the football championship by self-standing humanoid robots. Hajime Research Institute, which is a robot development venture, is located on the third floor of our head-office building. We cooperate with the local Nishiyodogawa Management Improvement Research Group (N.K.K.), which consists of the Hajime Research Institute and other manufacturing companies in Nishiyodogawa ward, as well as with universities (Chiba Institute of Technology, Japan, and Technische Universität Darmstadt, Germany), realizing industry–academia collaboration.
